Players split up into 2 groups A and B,Player A dribbles ball to red markers X,stops the ball with bottom of boot,then runs round pole Y, then tries to defend poles 1 and 2,player B runs at same time as player A starts to dribble, picks ball up takes 1 touch then pass/shot into goals 1 or 2,
All players alternate roles, and also use there less stronger foot.
