This weeks session was with the LFC Foundation College B team. I really enjoyed coaching this group as they are all good ability type players so there wasnt many oppoutunites to go in and intervene. It was good to watch the player do what i wanted to a high standard and enjoy it.
Action Plan:
Maybe next time i do this session i could impose some challeges for the team to reach such as 20 passes before you can transfer the ball. I also feel my coaching position could have been better. Hope to be able to continue coaching this group as i have a good relationship with all the players.
