Aim:
Attacking Team try to score Using 6vs4
Defending Team try to stop them by Working as a Unit to Condense the Space and Force the Opposition Wide
Rules:
-Attacking Team start with the ball with one of the two Midfielders - passed to them by any of the Blue midfielders waiting on the halfway line.
-Attacking Team Midfielders are not allowed to Shoot - They keep ball moving from left to right and vice versa and possibly play into Strikers Feet
-Defending Team try to win the ball back and clear it to either of the waiting Blue Players on the Halfway Line in the Wide Positions
-Spare Attacking Players wait on the halfway line for their turn to attack
Coaching Points:
1 - Stay Compact (Narrow Distances - No Space - Stay Together)
2 - Shuffle Across as the Ball moves Across - Keep Small Distances
3 - First Defender Puts Pressure on the Ball - CB's if Ball is at ST's Feet, FB's if Ball goes to Opposition Wingers
4 - Second Defender Drops and Provides Cover
5 - Third Defenders Drop and Narrow Up to provide Balance
6 - Communication - Especially From GK
