Organization: Cones organized into two diamonds: one 25*25 and a smaller 10*10 diamond inside. ONE player at each cone in the middle diamond. MAX two players at each of the cones on the outside. However, ensure players are in separate 6-8m grids. Have two set ups.
Activity: Passing Sequences as follows:
1) Outside player plays to inside player who then plays back to outside player. Outside player will then play the ball to the line to the right. Inside player goes to that other line and outside player becomes inside player.
2) Switch directions.
3) Outside player plays the ball to the inside player and follows pass; inside player plays the ball to the next outside player and moves on to the next line. Pattern continues.
4) Switch directions.
Coaching Points:
1. Positive / comfortable first touch.
2. Weight / accuracy of the pass.
3. Awareness.
4. Communication.
5. Start slow and gradually pick up the tempo.

Organization: multiple 20*10 lanes. Three players per lane (two on the end lines, one in the middle). Each holding a yellow and green cone. Two balls per lane (one with each end line player). Yellow and green cones in the middle forming a gate.
Activity: basic passing/receiving exercise. One player in the middle works for 45 seconds. Proceed through the following progressions:
1. See the color, call the color (before first touch), dribble around the cone of the color called.
2. Same as #1, except touch the ground first.
3. See the color, call the color, open and play far side.
4. See the color, call the color, open, dribble around the cone of the color called, play far side.
Coaching Points:
1. Quality of the pass.
2. Quality of the first touch/quality of the turn.
3. Scan whilst the pass is made. Adjust to the flight of the ball.
4. Positive first touch around the cone.
5. Check over both shoulders.

Organization: Group of players (2) near centre. Supply of balls near centre. GK in goal and a rebounder OR server near the top of the box in the respective corners.
Activity: Players go one at a time. Play a pass into the rebounder or server and get a one or two-touch shot on goal. Shoot from both sides.
Coaching Points:
1. Proper technique and follow through.
2. Head up to see the target.
3. Part of the foot.
4. Placement.
Warm Up (10 mins)
Organization: 15-yard lines of cones (2) with two players at the start and one on the end with a ball.
Activity: Ball work with the following progressions (starting player replaces end player):
1. Quick feet followed by a pass reception and dribble.
2. Quick feet followed by inside of the foot pass backs.
3. Quick feet followed by laces.
4. Quick feet followed by two-touch control (thigh and pass back).
5. Quick feet followed by two-touch control (chest and pass back).
6. Quick feet followed by a quick give and go.
7. Relay - sprint around the cones followed by a pass/dribble.Two rounds per player.
