The defender will press on the attacker's first touch. The attackers have the freedom to create their own movements and first touches. The attacker and the defender swap roles after each rep.
Competition: 5 shot shootout -
Attackers must receive the ball on each cone in the square in 5 repetitions in any order They also have an extra shot, which they can choose which cone to receive on.
Attackers - 1 goal = 1 point
Defenders - Win the ball and pass to the coach.

Reactionary first touch / shooting
The coach calls a colour and passes the ball to the player. Red / Yellow cone - the player takes their first touch around the mannequin and towards the goal. Green / Blue - Backwards movement towards cones and first touch is played forwards, beating the mannequin with their touch. Players then finish with a shot. Angles of service will be changed to add variety to the practice
