One + two touch rondo - when ball breaks down, everybody must change their position on the box. Last 3 players become next ones in the middle.
Extend to 3/4 quick passes in close location before switching play.

4v4 in central section. 6 neutral bounce support players around the outside. Possession exercise and looking for 10 passes for a point/goal. Touching the ball inside each small red box during same possession = 2 points. Each touch on the ball or break down of possession is a point/goal for defending team. To knock ball off cone in small box in field - 3 points/goals.
Looking to
- Possess with good quality, moving the ball around the field with speed and good body language to create gaps between opponents.
- Seek opportunities to find ball in small boxes.
- Opponents defend with patience. Press as a group or defend zones.

Plays from goal kick. Goalkeeper decides which player to feed to each time, we try to find out way through opposing block/press to score by dribbling through orange gates or scoring in small goal (center). Decide to dribble or pass.
Pressing team scores as quickly as they can upon winning the ball.
Progress. Team mates in orange gates, if black team playing out finds them, spin the game and attack at big goal, white team has to defend big goal at that point.

Quick Pass Ball Work (10 mins)
Players in 2's, quick passes close in (2 yards) between them and their partner. Keeping accuracy and light on their feet, making 60 passes first wins. Ball touches a cone or misses their gate, restart the count.
Progression.
Coach calls out 1 while teammates are passing, both players leave the ball and race to line 1 (green). Same with line 2 (blue).
