Organization: Two goals set up side by side. Each goal is 6 yards wide. In the middle of the goals are two 1 yard gates. Servers stand 4-8 yards away from Keepers.
Instructions: Each Keeper starts in a goal. Ball is volleyed into Keeper's hands. After making the save the keepers go through opposite gates toward the opposite goal. Keeper's get four repetitions on each side then swap with servers. After doing the volley to hands we progress to a collapse dive to a specific side. Then if coach feels appropriate we progress to servers taking live shots to either side, making goalkeepers dive.
Coaching Points: Attack ball with the correct foot. Drive hands and shoulders to ball. Land completely on side and not on elbows or back.
Progressions: Serve from shorter distance. Make each goal larger.

Organization: Two goalkeepers set up in 8 yard goals. Field is 18 yards long and 12 yards wide. Coach is in the middle of the sideline with all the extra ball.
Instructions: Each keeper is defending their own goal. Ball starts with one Keeper and they try to score on the opposing keeper by volleying, throwing, rolling or shooting the ball. If scored on the Keeper gets a goal, if the other Keeper makes the save then they get ball and try to score on other goal. If ball is parried out of bounds then the shooting Keeper gets the ball back. FInally you are only allowed 4 steps with ball.
Coaching Points: Get into good set position early. Remember to attack ball when diving with the correct foot. Drive whole body at ball. Always be aware of positioning in goal.
Progressions: Make space smaller and goals bigger.
