Bedding in (10 mins)

LB plays to CM who drops it back into LB. LB then play into the feet of the CF, who takes a touch and holds it in (CF movement sideways.) At this point the RM makes an accross the face run and CF lays ball into his path for a shot at goal, or touch fwd and shot. CM makes supporting run wider. LM makes supportimg run down the line

Rotation - LB to LM, RB to RM

Extension - Start with 2 defenders then introduce a 3rd recovering defender.

Game related (10 mins)

3 zone game - GK 2-3-1 formation for my team against a 2-3-1 formation.

Condition is, if ball is played into the next zone then one player can go and support the attaacking team. (LB/RB)

When the ball is played from midfield zone into the attacking zone it must be played into the CF feet if at all possible. When this happens the 3 midfielders can go and support (looking for angled runs.)

Extensison - one defending midfielder can also go and defender to make it more realistic.
