Dribbling to beat a defender
1v1s crab defender, Player must beat defender and look to score. Grab ball and go to end of line. Switch defender every 2 minutes.
Double points if we can use a previous Skill of the Day
Progression - If defender steals ball they become attacker and join back of line.
- Speed - fast touches - one touch, one step
- Control - small touches
- Timing of skills - far enough to not touch defender, close enough to fake defender
- Exit touch - after skill, use next touch to push passed the defender

SSG (20 mins)
3v3/4 v 4 Scrimmage, Diamond/Triangle, no keeper.
Throws, corners, goal kicks (build out line) and kick offs. Encourage players to beat defenders when possible and award bonus goals for using skills during game.

Bug Splatter
Each player has a ball, must dribble away from Bug Splatter. Bug splatter holds ball in hands attempting to throw ball at players soccer ball. If Bug Splatter can throw soccer ball and hit players soccer ball, player must put ball above head and spread feet awaiting team mate to save them by putting ball through legs.
Progression - Once caught by bug splatter, join the bug splatter and its last player standing.
