Players at eack position will rotate.
Change direction every 1 minute.
Progression - Could ask to receive pass with one foot, play pass with the other.
Challenge - How many passes can we achieve in 1 min, can we beat the other team?

Key Factors
3v1 in 4 Squares
Red and Blues in Possession - Yellows Defending
Swap defender after 1 minute
Keep Ball
To start - no instructions given just play.
Box 1 - bad example.
Players too close so easier to mark
Not utilising all of the space available
Box 2 - Good Example
Using all of the space.
As ball is played from Player one to player 2, using box corners as a reference point, as that ball is played, can player 3 get in a position to "support play" by getting into position 4.
If ball is played back from 2 to 1, reverse the run and return to 3.
Stay inside the box, but use all of the space available.
Progression 1 - Box 3
Rotation
So if one has the ball and not under pressure, can 2 and 4 make crosoong runs to swap positions
AT NO STAGE SHOULD A MAN WITH THE BALL NOT BE ABLE TO SEE THE FEET OF THE TWO OTHER SUPPORTING PLAYERS
Progression 2
6v2
Keep in same area zones but can transfer the ball between zones
If player receiving the ball has their back to the team, can they set and then play through into next zone.
Organisation

Small sided game - passing. (15 mins)
Set up 60x40 pitch wth 3 equal areas.
7v7 + goalkeepers.
Free play for 5 minutes, looking for mechanics to be showed from technical and skill.
Conditions - Try to play from the goalkeeper,Players try to stay in their zones and try to pass forward into next zone. Allowed to play back if no pass on forward.
If goal is scored from pass from goalkeeper then passed through every zone without players leaving that zone 5 points
Goal scored passing through the zones but player needs to travel into next zone 2 points, any other goal scored 1 point. Swap players around in zones every few mins.
Progression/Regression - could limit number of touches, trying to get the pass into next zone quicker, go back to unlimited touches if needed.
Free play to finish.
Learning outcomes - Hopefully reinforce the mechanics that we have gone through in technical and skill. Want to see plenty of forward passing, relaxing with the ball.
