Set Up
2 fields. 20x30 yards or use for Big goal for teams with GK's.
Rules and Conditions
Players have to throw to a team mate for them to head to a different player who catches (throw, head, catch pattern). Player with the ball in their hands cannot move.

Area 40x30. Big Goals (at least 1 for keeper).
Rules and Conditions
Play 7v7. Begin playing directional game. Play to big goals.

Rules and Conditions
Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics. Use resistance bands for strength development and Post Activation Potentiation.
