Organization: Players work in pairs and try to beat the defenders in Zone 1 and 2 and dribble across the end line for a point. Defenders can only defend in their Zones. If the defenders win the ball they can go to the attacking line, and the attackers become defenders.

-Diagonal in front of the defender

Organization: 4v2 rondos, 2 touch max. Player that loses the ball becomes defender. Defender in the longest becomes attacker
