Organization:
20X15 yard area (per group)
6 small cones per field.
Groups of 4 players.
1 ball per player.
Instructions:
Turning practice: Inside Cut, Outside Cut, Cruyff Turn and Stepover Turn.
Every time a player face a small cone he must make the turn and change direction to the new cone.
20 minutes of technical repetition without opposition.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Head up to identify the place to make the turn (static).
- Proper body balance to make the move.
- Coordinate movements according to the new desired direction.

Organization:
30x20 yard area.
2 pug goals.
Split the field in 2.
3 players per team.
1 ball per defending player.
Instructions:
1v1 with the following rules.
- How to start: defender passes the ball to attacker.
- Defender can only steal the ball inside the "Pressure Area".
- Attacker must step in the "Pressure Area" to score.
- 1 Goal: 1 point.
- 1 Goal after using any of the Turns previously practiced inside the "Pressure Area": 3 points.
- No goal: 1 point for the defender.
- After 3 minutes, switch roles (2 rounds: semifinals and final).
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Head up after control to identify defender placement and potential advantages.
- Identify the place to make the turn (dynamic).
- Proper body balance to make the fake/move/drill.
- Coordinate movements according to the new desired direction.
Progressions:
Delete the "Pressure Area" allowing the defender to press everywhere.

Organization:
30X20 yard area.
2 pug goals
2 small lanes on both sides.
Instructions:
3v3 with the following rules:
- We start as a possession game. Once a team uses both side lanes on the same possession, that team can score in any goal: 1 point.
- How to use the side lanes: Only can get in dribbling. And the same player have 2 seconds to get out of the lane also dribbling (it will lead to Turns).
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Head up to identify defenders body position and placement.
- Spacial awareness to identify when can I try to make it to the side lane.
- Proper body balance to make the fake/move/drill.
- Use small touches when the defender is close.
- Communication within the team to help others make better decisions.
Regressions:
Delete pug goals, and score points only by using the lanes (1 point each time). Cannot use twice the same lane.

SAQ WARM UP (15 mins)
Instructions:
We will start with 5 minutes of Directed Warm-Up progressively promoting agility and speed.
After that we play two Three-In-A-Row games (semifinals and final) with the following rules:
- One player at a time per team.
- Each player shoul turn outside the small cone and place the penny in the three in a row field.
- Next player con only step in after a high five of the previous one.
- After the third player of each team, new player in don't have penny, he needs to move one of their own team ones.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Focus on the game movements previous to stepping in.
- Head up to identify last movements meanwhile running.
