1) as the pass is played out to the first player he leaves his marker and makes a 1 - 2 pass with the coach.

2) As this happens both player 2 and 3 move towards the next marker as though loosing a defender

3)They then return to their marker

1) The same happens at player 2 he playes a 1 - 2 with the coach

2) Both player 1 and 3 now make a move to loose the marker and head towards next cone

3) Players return to starting position

1) The final stage a pass is played down the middle to player 3 who plays the 1 - 2 pass with the coach then drives forwads past the coach and round the conaes to the back.

2) Both player 1 and 2 make a run towards the center marker before they then turn and run passed the coach and round the markers to the begining.
