Multi Color Game

Each team has 8 player in two different colors. Above, Red and Green play against Blue and Yellow

1. Just play. The different colors make the game difficult and overload the players visually. Give them time to adjust.

2. Players cannot play to someone in the same color. This makes the teams work hard while in possession. When a Yellow has it, a Blue must support quickly and visa versa.

3. Limit touches. Yellows and Reds only get 2 touches. Then Green and Blue.

4. If the players can handle it: Yellow and Red get one touch. Then Green and Blues

5. If the players can handle it: Yellow and Red get two touches and Green and Blue get only one. Then visa versa.

6. Put the Yellow and Blue team in all Blue. Put the Red and Green team in all Red. The game should be much easier when it's just Blue against Red. Encourage them to keep working hard in support of the ball.
