phase 3 (25 mins)

6v5 +2 neutral wide players on 2 Thirds of a zoned off pitch, lines seperating the defence and midfield units allowing the 4 to travel between both to link play. Neutral Wide players are acting as full backs for the reds and wingers for the yellows.

This simulates my GK #5 #6 & #4 Playing out and building play with #8 and #10 competing against play in a 1-4-3-3 vs 1-4-4-2

for more game realisim this is a 3 touch game however the yellows have to score on a 1 touch finish.

game restarts from either teams GK each time to encourage more playing out reps.

Screen 4 (25 mins)

8v6 game on 2 thirds of a pitch seperated into thirds 1-4-3-3 vs1-4-4-2

the red team must have at least 2 players in each third at all times, this allows the reds to create overloads when playing out. The yellows must keep at least 1 player in each 3rd this allows them a chance to counter quickly.

if the reds score, for 5 minutes afterwards if they conceed the goal will be worth 2 points to the other team. this should encourage the reds to keep a more structred approach to their possession and movement
