Transition - 1vs1 - 2vs1 (15 mins)
Organization:
Create a field with two small field 15x10.
Instructions:
Player two is passing the ball to player one who will play 1vs1 in the field. After the game player 3 will dribble up and they will play 2vs1 in the field.
Coaching Points:
- Dribble or Pass
- Make your save available
- Look up
- Accelerate

3 vs 2 positioning (20 mins)
Organization:
Play 3 attackers vs 2 defenders (with goalie).
Instructions:
The attackers starts with the ball and try to score on the big goal, defenders can score in the small goal.. If the ball is out or when a team makes a goal the attackers and defenders switch with the people who are waiting on the side.
Coaching Points:
- Keep the field wide.
- The player in the middle has to be open every time so he can receive the ball and switch sides.
- Receive the ball with your fat foot
- Left or right midfielder stay first wide to create space to run into it.
- Stay behind the defensive line so you are not offside
