Method: Team in possession look to keep the ball and move it quickly to unbalance opposition. Each team has one player in an end zone acting as a striker. When the opposition win the ball back, they should look to play forward quickly or establish good possession - the team who has lost possession must react quickly to transition to defend and stop the opposition from playing into the striker and scoring via recovery runs and pressing aggressively
Coaching Points: Recovery runs, delay ball going forward, body shape in press - force inside or outside? compact in shape - stop opposition playing through central areas where they can score.

Method: Pitch is wide in middle and narrow in defensive/attacking thirds. Team in possession look to play through the thirds and commit men forward in attack. When attacking team core, all players must run back to their own goal quickly, with the opposition allowed to attack quickly whilst they do this. The goal scoring team must then transition quickly to defend in what should be within the middle/defending third.
Coaching Points: tempo of play, creative on the ball & quality of passing, recovery runs, delay forward passing, press as a unit

4v2 rondo
Method: 4v2 rondo with transition to defend. 4 men on the outside look to keep the ball for as long as possible within 45 seconds. If the 2 defenders win the ball back, they should look to break out of the zone quickly, where team of 4 must transition to defend and prevent a breakout and look to establish possession again.
Coaching Points: Movements/angles to receive, defenders pressing together - angles of support, fast reactions in transition, speed of play.
