Time: 25 Minutes
Set Up:
-40x30 grid
-Players split into teams of of 9. 4 def, 3 mid, 2F.
Exercise:
-Play starts with blue team.
-The blue defenders players play 4v2 and aim to get ball into opposite half to their midfield team mates.
-The red players aim to press and win the ball.
-If blue get ball across to team mates then they attempt to get ball past reds over line to score.
Rules:
-Only player to transition between zones is one of the teams forwards
Progression:
-After 10 minutes a player from each team in possession can transition in both halfs.

Set Up:
-Half Pitch
-2 even set up teams close to 11v11 set up.
Exercise:
-Play games linked to 11v11.
-Switch direction of play after 10 to 15 minutes
Key Points:
-Looking at if movement of players can create overloads naturally in the game.
-Can the 10 drop into midfield and create 3v2 or drag out a CB

Set Up:
-20x15 grid
-Players split into pairs in groups of 6
Exercise:
-Red player serves to either yellow.
-2 yellows and red work together to beat blue players to get ball to opposite red.
-If succesful score a point and aim to go opposite way.
-Play 3 to 4 minutes then switch players around.
-If defenders win ball or force a misplaced pass they score a point.
