Pre-Season Session with Kincardine Seniors

Set-Up: 3x 3v3 possession squares marked out 40yds away from each other. Squares are 15x15yds. Mark with gates in corners to dribble through.
Organisation: 2 teams of players. Bottom teams rotate clockwise and Top teams rotate counterclockwise.
Rules: Games are 1.5mins in length upon completion of game whistle goes and teams must sprint to next pitch and start immediately. 2nd set of games will be 2mins per game and 3rd set will be 2.5mins per game.
To score players keep the ball for 3passes and then must dribble through a corner gate marked out. To restart game a teammate gets a ball from another corner of the pitch and dribbles in and plays
Decision Making, awareness, possession and 1v1 play.

Conditioning Games:
9v9 pitch = 80x65yds.
On touch press everywhere across the pitch. Gary Mc & PG to push teams to press everywhere on first touch.
2x10mins games. In tempo drops and speed slows down then stop!
Normal Game rules apply.

Set-Up: 50x30yd size pitch.
Organisation: 3 teams of 6 players
Rules: If you shoot and don't score you must run around 2cones on outside of pitch before re-entering. If you score get the ball and change direction instantly!
Warm Up 3v1 (15 mins)
Set-Up: 4x 10x10yd boxes
Organisation: 2 equal teams of 8 players. Players split into 3v1 boxes.
Rules: Players play 3v1 Rondo. Central player stays for 1min within the box, other 3 players keep possession 10passes = 3 burpees. Defender wins ball and is able to dribble out area = 3 burpees of attacking team.
To start each Rondo, players are in their own box and coach calls number, that number runs to opposition box to become defender.
After 2 Rondo's complete 1.5mins of dynamic movements, after 4 Rondo's complete another 1.5mins of dynamics before entering across pitch runs.
Transitional element, awareness and decision making.
Upon completion complete 4 across pitch runs to open up legs.
