Description - Ball always starts with S. He can play into any of his own team. Thet aim is to work the ball into the wide areas. A midfield player then looks to support playing a 2 v 1 in the wide area. Only the full back and the wide man plus 1 other player are allowed in those areas. Look to deliver quality into the area and get numbers into the box. Thinking about shape both in/out of possession. Players do not have to stay in the areas however they are the only players who are allowed to receive a ball in the channel.

Description - 11 V 11 match practise. The aim of the game is to score from a cross or from the phase of play after the cross. In the wide areas you can only have a 2 v 2 scenerio anywhere along the channel. Work with players to break into the areas through movement, switch of play etc. Players must be positive in the wide areas and once they have gone into one side must get in a cross. The only way the ball can come out is if the team can switch to the other channel in 2 passes or less. If they dont switch it the ball gets awarded to the other team as a free kick.

Description - Play 4 v 4 keepball in the outside square. The aim of the game is to pass the ball into your own player in the middle square. Once he receives the ball he plays to any of his own team on the outside and clears the square. The player who played it into the middle man then takes up his space as the target man. A goal is scored after two completed passes through the middle area.
