Setup:
Several grids, each 7 x 7, larger depending on skill level of players
4 players in each grid
Instruction:
3 players keep the ball away from 1 defender.
The player that loses possession becomes the defender. Lost possession - defender wins ball, ball is kicked out of play.

Activity
Small sided game is played 4v4.
Constraints based approach as game progresses - 2 touch, first touch finish, player who loses possession must exit field and do skills on the side before re-entering field, as play continues, all players over half to score.
