Setup:4 Fields 12x126-8 players per field, 3-4 players per team
Defender plays ball across to the GK. GK plays to the Attacker who is now back to goal.Defender closes as much space as possible and gets tight. Now the defender pushes to the nearest sideline. The attacker tries to beat the defender 1v1 across the endline. Defender is preventing the attacker from turning. "No Turn". When the defender wins it, play the GK for a 1-2.
GK be an outlet for the defender. Be available up and down the line. Attackers "close the door." Closing the door means that as an attacker when you have a physical advantage of being in front of your opponent, no matter how slight that advantage is, you fight with your inside shoulder to put the opponent on your back.
Principles:
- Close as much space as possible.
- Push to nearest sideline.
