Stage 2(20 minutes) - 2v2 transition
2v2. Blue team passes into the white to begin the game. White team then try to score in one of the gates.
The person that shoots then needs to run around the purple cone. As this is happening two new blue players transition to attack by trying to make a 2v1 situation. Game sequence then continues.

2 v 1 Game Related Practice
Player A passes to player B and both attack goal 1
Player C defends goal 1 and if he wins the ball he plays out to wingers 2
Play is reversed after outcome

Warm Up -1v1 (15 mins)
Warm Up (15 minutes) - 1v1 Transition
Blue team passes the ball into the white team. It then becomes a 1v1 which the white team need to try and dribble the ball past the endline. Upon dribbling the ball to the endline the blue team then has a new player take off. White team player that just got a point must react and try and get in to defend. The game then continues on each end. Defenders are allowed to win the ball back and get to the end line.
The counter attack part happens once the player takes over after the initial point.
