End-Zone Possession

Two teams will be in play at once. Each team will have 4 players in the middle zone and 1 player as their reset player in one of the end-zones. When a point is scored or the ball goes out of play, the ball will be passed in from the coach to the reset player. The objective of the team in possession is to pass the ball into the end-zone for one of their teammates to receive the ball. 

Points:

1. Dribbling the ball into the end-zone. 

2. By passing the ball into the end-zone for someone to receive the ball.

Penetration Passing Pattern

Players will be divided up between the 4 corner cones with 1 player on each top mannequin. The pattern can be different and free from the start. Once the sequence finishes one direction it will switch directions going the other way. The player who played the through ball will be the player who takes the place of the central player on the mannequin. 

Example Pattern: 

1. The first player will play across to the player beside them, this player will then find the player showing centrally, who will then lay it off to the first player who will play the second player through.

- Once the team has successfully gotten into the end-zone, they can attack the goal. The opposition end-zone player becomes a defender and one additional player can join the attacking team.
