Organzation: 25x25 yard box. One 2 yard goal on each side of the grid. Players are put in pairs
Procedure: 4 pairs try to pass their ball through any of the 4 goals to each other. 2 pairs act as defenders and try to prevent any goals from beingscored. A pair can not score two consecutive goals on the same goal. 1 point per goal, 2 minute games. See what team can get the most goals.
Coaching Points: -Accuracy of pass - Weight of pass - Timing of pass - Movement
Progression: If the defenders kick your ball out of the grid your team must make 5 passes before you can come back in to play.

Organization: 20x20 yard box. Split players into 2 groups. Attacking and defending.
Procedure: Coach plays ball into the attacking team. Defending team tries to win the ball, attacking team is trying to dribble across the defending teams line. If defenders win the ball look to make at least 2 passes then play the ball to the coach.
Coaching points: - Basic 1v1 defending techniques -Pressure on the ball -Second defender support -Communication

Organization: 20x20 yard box. Players get into pairs at opposite ends of the grid. tall cones randomly spread out in the middle of the grid.
Procedure: Players try to knock down as many cones as possible. The ball must be moving at the time of the players pass (no dead balls) as well as along the ground. 1 point for each cone knocked down.
Coaching points: -Accuracy of pass -Weight of pass -part of foot/part of ball -body position
Progression- Players can only use non-dominant foot.
