Set Up:
Same set up as Part 1 but with the addition of 2 small 'goals' made with cones at either side.
After the GK has gone through the cones and made the inital save, they must roll the ball back to the server who then plays a 1 touch pass/shot to a side goal. Players must dive and react to the save.
Start off by doing 1 side for a block of 2-3 minutes, then alternate to the other side. Final block of 2-3 minutes is serves choice and GK must react to make the save.
Alter length of blocks based on number of GKs in the group so that every players gets a good amount of repition.
Coaching Points:
Body weight forward (shoulders slightly ahead of hips)
Feet shoulder width apart
Knees bent
Hands in ready position in front of body.
Elbows tucked in
Catch to be made in front of body
Hands to the ball
Step towards the ball on diving save
Bend knee to lower body to the ground
Save should be made infront of the body

Set Up
1 plays to 2 who sets back first time (GK must follow the ball and keep their body inline). 2 plays a low first time shot toward post to force a diving save.
