Opposite Movement Game

10x10/ 5x5 squares:

- pass and then move to another square - 2 players cannot occupy the same. 1 player per small area at all times

- turnover out-of-bounds - become defender

- if defender wins it, they try to dribble out of grid - counter-press!!!

- play 1 minute - whomever is defending at time owes something

* Rhythm of play!!!! balance in attack - receiving lines

Progress - no talking

Progress - dribble not movement to another square

Area - 16x16 (8x8 squares)

- 3v3+2 - 1 neutral is stationary the other looks to provide balance in empty box

- overloads, counter-pressing, etc all here.

- players are not restricted to spaces, but reference is there and should be utilized.

- play 2 mins - players without the ball at time owe something
