Organization:
Same organization and space as before.
Instructions:
Same rotation as before. However, now the ball will be delivered and received with the foot.
Coaching Points:
1. Turning body to face receiver to then pass the ball
2. Taking touch inside and out of feet to play away from the pressure - with the furthest foot
3. Hips oriented "ball-side-goal-side"
Progressions:
1. The player calls her name out loud when passing the ball to her teammate.
2. Make player come off the middle on an angle to receive the ball
3. Bring defender in the passing lane as a "shadow defender"

Organization:
- Two grids of 25x30 to accomodate at least 8 players in each grid. With coned cornes in each grid.
- The eight players per grid are divided in 2 teams: one in red, the other in blue.
- Two players of each team occupy diagonal corners.
- 4 minute games and change corner players.
- If any more than 16 players present, add them in the middle as neutral, wildcards.
Instructions:
Combine passes in the middle to find the opportunity to pass the ball to the teammate/target player in the corner.
Each pass to the corner player is a goal.
Players cannot attack the same corner twice in a row -only if the opposite team steals the ball, then either corner becomes "active."
Coaching Points:
- Passing player playing to back foot (pressure is loose as the ball is played)
- Taking touch inside and out of feet to play away from the pressure
- Distance of touch (allowing head to come up and look forward)
Progressions:
1. Let corner player take touch in and be replaced by passing player.

Organization:
Take out middle line between the two grids and its associated corners -from previous exercise.
Put the players originally at those corners into the game.
6v6 in the middle + 4 corners players.

Coaching Points:
1. Side body shape as the ball is passed
2. Passing player playing to back foot (pressure is loose as the ball is played)
3. Taking touch inside and out of feet to play away from the pressure
Progressions:
1. Passing player calls his name when passing.
2. Ball is given to the other team when any of the players with possession does not receive the ball with the furthest leg.
3. 9 touches is a goal

Organization:
Same space as before. Two small goals are added.
Three teams of 5 are made: red, white and green.
Two teams play each other, one team plays outside as neutrals: one on each end of the field, not letting the ball go out.
Instructions:
The teams play a 2-2-1 formation -without a keeper.
4 minutes or one goal. Winner stays on. Losser is replaced by neutral team. Losser takes the neutral positions.

Warm up (10 mins)
Organization:
Divide the players into groups of at least four. Two players on one end (starting position). One player in the middle, and another player at the other end. The horizontal distance between these players starts at ~8 yards.
- The drawing shows two lines of set ups. This can be done with multiple set ups -in groups of 4 or more players.
Instructions:
1. Player A has the ball and throws it (throw in style) to player B. Player A follows his pass.
2. Player B receives the ball and sends it to player C. Player B follows his pass.
3. Player C receives the ball and sends it back to the middle to the spot that player A is taking. Player C follows his pass.
4. This repeats from side to side.
Coaching Points:
1. Side body shape as the ball is thrown
2. Make eye contact with receiver
Progressions:
1. Warm up routine while running to the different stations (high heels, high knees, side jumps, etc).
2. Make the space between the players wider.
