Red passes to blue who then pass back to red and then we go 1v1 to goal. The red attacker has 6 seconds to score. As soon as 6 seconds are up the same two blue defnders must transition quickly to the centre goal with two new reds attacking.
---> Sllow wide attackers to transition also to create a 4v2 to force the defender to defend numbers down. Place a 10 second limit on the goal for the 2 defenders to deal with the numbers down situation.
Coaching points
Initially cut off the lane inside as they do not have to beat you to score.
Do not have to win the ball but that is best. Like before, agressive but patiant.
Maximum effort on transition, get compact and organized then apply pressure. Keep them out of the box.
Roles. Communication is key.

Scrimmiage
ball will always be played into the wide forward.
CB from red will look to get over and provide wide support behind while blue att will try to track.
Really encourage wide red att to take full back on and drive to goal centrally or get cross in from wide.
Full backs encouraged to do all as before.
PHYSICAL. MAXIMUM EFFORT. AGGRESSIVE BUT PATIANT.
COMMUNICATION AND ROLES SECONDARY.

--> Shielding for 10 seconds
--> Once you win your ball you can double up.
Coaching points
We must win the ball. They get points for keeping it. Aggresive and physical but no foul.
Physical and use your body.
Show into corner.
10 seconds means we have to be agressive but not desperate. Do not dive in.
