Balls
Instructions:
- Play starts when attacking player (B) in the middle checks away from the defending player (C), then to the ball to receive the ball played by end player (A).
- Player (D) will check to the opposite side of Player (B) to provide an angle of support.
- Attacking player (B) must choose the appropriate surface of the foot to receive and turn to link play with end player (D) on the endline.
- Player (D) will dribble down to opposite end after receiving the pass from player (B).
- All players rotate up, and repeat sequence.
Coaching Points:
- Check away first to create space.
- Check at an angle and at speed to create separation.
- Locate ball while traveling.
- Angle of approach.
- Check shoulder to see which side defender is showing.
- Choose correct surface of foot to execute turn.
- Head up to locate end player and determine next action.
Progressions:
- Add goal where end-player (D) is to go 1v1 to goal. Player D joins line A (only 3 player rotation).
Receiving:
- Outside of the foot
- Flick "Around the corner"

6 Players on each side (Attackers & Defenders)
Instructions:
- Two teams with players on either side of each goal (as shown).
- First two players jog out, coach calls out color of team to determine attacking team.
- Attacher can receive a pass from either end, then players play 1v1 to goal.
- Each game is 10 seconds.
Coaching Points:
- Agility and quickness checking to the ball
- Look to disguise run as checking to the ball
- Unbalance defender creating separation
- Use defender's momentum against them to get in behind
Progression
- Passer can join creating 2v1
- Both end players from the passing side join creating 2v2

Instructions:
- Players are restricted to a 4-2 out of their half.
- If players can combine with their 2 target forwards, they can join in the attacking half.
Coaching Points:
- Look to find and attack 1v1 or 2v1 situations
- Off the ball movement
- Shoot when opportunity arises
- Find target player early
- Speed of play

Instructions:
- Regular match
Coaching Points:
- Observation of GK and target to choose striking surface.
- Ball out of feet at an angle (2 o'clock or 10 o'clock) after move for correct observation and apporach.
- Plant foot, hips and shooting foot aimed at target at point of contact.
- Land on striking foot.

- Players juggle in a specific pattern or sequence
