Equipment: 4 cones, a supply of balls, small net.
Set Up: Place cones and pug net as displayed in one quarter of
the field. or use small net if a goalie is present. Begin with two lines of players at cone A and C. Place a
single player at cone B. All balls start at A
Activity:
Initially unopposed -Player A plays a pass to B (then follows to B's position) B upon receipt
dribbles forward toward cone 1 which is 7-10 yds ahead. upon reaching cone 1, they will play a pass centrally to C who will in turn play a pass through to space for B to run onto and dribble to goal for a finish. C moves to the back of A line and player B collects ball and brings it back to start point and fills in at the back of line C
Progression 1: Add a passive defender between C and cone 1. Upon receipt of the ball by player B, defender will slide to either take way the dribble or take away the pass. Player B must decide to play combination around defender or dribble past to beat.

SSG allow free play with limited stoppage
Regular 6v6 or 7v7game with 2 scoring conditions
1. Attacking- In order to score, your entire team (except goalie if playing with a goalie) must be in the opponents half.
2. Defenders-If the opponent scores and you don't have all defenders in your own half, the goal is worth 2.
This will encourage movement off the ball offensively and defensively.
