Interception (10 mins)
Situation:
A is outletting to B
1 is a striker pressing on the outside.
2 is a MF pressing
3 is a defender defending behind and on the inside.
1.0:
A Shoots the ball towards B.
B can not move. 3 runs in and makes the interception before B.
2.0
As soon as 3 has touches the ball B can move.
We play 3V2. 1-2-3vsA-B
We want to become smarter after making an interception.
3 first needs to run into space if possible. 1 or 2 needs to make width and dept.
B needs to tackle bakc and A needs to delay the play.

Quick free hits (10 mins)
2 plays the ball to A.
A stops the ball with his foot.
2 runs forward and leaves the ball. 3 runs towards the ball to take the quick free hit.
As soon as 3 touched the ball B can start his tackle back.
So we start with a 3V2 between 1-2-3 and A and C.
If it goes to slow B wil be back and we have a 3V3.
Goals:
Quick free hit.
Recognise whether A follows the player (2) or atacks the free hit (3).

2v2 manmarking (10 mins)
A carries ball and passes to corner where second attacker B picks it up. A moves sideways and receives guard-pass from B. Now A tries to pass at B and C in circle (with a firm hit or flat) while defenders 1 and 2 try to man mark the two attackers in circle.

Box pressure (10 mins)
1 plays the ball to 2
Yellow can only move when 2 has touched the ball.
2 tries to run the ball into the small goal.
If he succeeds. He takes a free hit and 3 can join the play.
We attack 3V3 towards the big goal. Red attacks Yellow defends.
If Yellow wins the ball before 2 can score.
We attack 3V2.
3 Yellow vs 2 red.
3 does not join the play.
If red wins the ball during the play they still try and score in the small goal.
If they succeed. 3 can play and we change attack vs defends and Red attacks towards the big goal.
