2 pugg goals, one on each end.
Two teams, even numbers.
Instructions:
First player on defensive line will pass it to attacker player in the middle of the grid. He will then pass it to his teammate on the other end of the grid, make a move to receive his teammate pass back. At the same time, defender is going to close down the space to pressure the attacker and prevent his turn. Attacker will let the defender succeed, and then go to the end of the attacking line. His teammate then go to the middle of the grid for next defender to start again. After a set period of time, teams will rotate roles.
Coaching Points/Questions:
Pressure the ball as quick as you can.
Get to defender to prevent the turning.
Slow down as you approach the attacker, arm reach.
Prepare for next action, delay or tackle.

Same as above. This time is fully oppossed, the attacker will try to score on pugg goal for 1 point at the defender side. If defender wins ball back will try to score on attacking pugg for 2 points.
