- Passing drill in a square, receive and follow your pass.
Progs:
- Go opposite way
- Limit touches
- First touch must be out of receiving square
- Add a 1-2 pass in

- 6v2
- Red team keep possession against 2 from blue team.
- Once blue defenders win ball, they must transfer ball to their team in other half.
- 2 reds then follow to defend and try to win ball back.
