Method:
Coach starts game by playing to any player in any gate.
wherever gate I play ball too the player in opposite gate comes in as a defender to create a 1v1.
Play continues till a score is on a gate in the phase of play.

Method:
Play starts with keeper playing ground pass to player at A , who plays juggles the ball (keepy uppies) till they reach B and then shoots on the volley.
Coaching Points:
Players need concentrate on controlling ball and setting themselves for shot on goal.

Green can get a score by dribbling in any gate. only using one gate once.
blue score in goals to amount of 3.
once score reached teams switch halves.
may include all team members needing a touch before being allowed to score.
Coaching Points: looking for short pass and movement , on and off the ball.

Across the pitch running open too 75 percent (Stride).
Bounding on way back every 6 Steps.
