Attacking
- Play on different lines to create space and open up passing lines
- #9 drop into recieve and turn or bounce the ball to the #7 or #11
- #8 and #10 trying to create space centrally by drawing the defenders in for the #9 to receive
Defending
- Pressure and cover
- Protect the middle
- Stay together, move together, arrive together
- Make the attackers play backwards or sideways
- Show player on the ball towards team mate
Organisation
- 6v4
- Play starts with the #6
- Attacking team have to get the ball into the #9 to start a 3v2 attack with the #7, #11 and #9

Coaching points
Attacking
- #9 drop into 'box' to receive. If this happens can the #8 and #10 support with movement behind the CDMs to shoot or combine with the #7/#11
- If there is no pressure and nobody blocking the path then take a shot
- Can you create a yard to have a shot?
- Play backwards to draw the defenders away from their goal and create more space behind them
- Switch play when out numbered
Defending
- Protect the goal
- Pressure on the ball so there is no room to shoot
- Stay together, move together, arrive together
Organisation
- 6v7 attack v defence
- Game starts by the #6 collecting a ball
- Attacking team look to try and score on the goal. if defending team win the ball then they get a goal for passing it into the target player in the box
- Play with offsides for the attacking team
