Activity
-4v4/5v5 SSG. One team plays towards the regular goal trying to score. One team plays toward the two wide gates trying to dribble through to score a point. Switch ends at half-way point.

Activity
-technical passing/receiving/finishing activity. Player A passes the ball to Player B who receives under control and passes to Player C, who then dribbles/RWB at speed and finishes on goal. All players rotate spots. Switch sides so that players get to work on both feet.

Activity
-RPS Baseball - all players start on first base. Play RPS againist another player - if you win you run (or different FMS) to the next base, if you lose you stay and play again. A player gets a "homerun" every time they make it all the way around.
Progression(s)
-perform different locomotion skills (skipping, hopping, etc)
-now the ball must be dribbled using feet
