Organisation for the Funtion:
-1/2 pitch using full width (2 Small goals for defending team to score)
-collection of balls by 1/2 line (this will be the starting point)
-6 defenders (2centre backs, 2full backs, 2 defensive midfielders) - red team
-6 attackers (2 centre forwards, 2 attacking midfields, 2 wingers 1 defensive midfielder) - blue team
-Gk (green) for red team
The defenders attempt to win the ball back or deny a good opportunity to score, then they retain possession and score in the small goals. The attacking team score in the big goal.
The coach then work with the defensive unit to understand how to pressure the players
Once the ball go to a wide attacking player, it must return to one of the centre midfielders before they attempt to score
