Session - using breaking the lines to create space and chances to score and create goals
Set up defence with 3 central defenders and a defensive midfielder with the instruction to stay narrow and compact to minimise space.
Ask attacking players to play high and wide, attacking at speed to get balls into the box, or pulling defenders out of position to create space through the middle.
Using movement can the central players find space to score a goal, can team mates use the space created to get in behind the defence where space is available to support the attack.
Concentrate on widemans decision making- can they cross the ball or can they make a pass into the area (use passing maechanics)
Finally can central players score a goal (shooting and heading mechanics)
Progression/Regression- add or remove def/att to increase or decrease difficult
Ask attacking team to score in a minimum amount of time
