Organization:
- 3 teams of 4 (adaptable)
- 1ball per team
- 20x20 area (Area can be made larger if needed)
Instructions:
- Each team pass their ball around counting their passes.
- Players should always be on the move.
- If a ball leaves the area the team start again from zero.
- Team with the most passes wins the round.
Coaching Points:
- Can players find a split pass?
- Do players look up before passing?
- See it do it: If there is an option to pass to someone who is open do it.

Set-Up:
- 30x30 area with two endzone
- Each team has a player in each end zone.
- 2vs2 or 3vs3 in the middle.
Instructions:
- Team in possession looks to play from end zone to end zone.
- If the defending team wins the ball they will look to play into their team.
- End zone players cannot tackle/intercept each other.
Coaching Points:
- Body position to receive
- When to pass/when to dribble
- Check for space/other defenders.

Set-Up
- The group will split up into two groups of five.
- Ball each
- Cones are five yards apart
Instructions
- The coach lays out cones 5 yards apart and labels them 'levels'
- Every player starts at level one and must hit the back of the net without the ball bouncing.
- If a player scores they move up to the next level.
- The winner is the first player to make a shot on all the levels
- Levels can be added to increase difficulty

- Finish with laces
- Knee, head over the ball
- Locked ankle
- Strike low on the ball
