Set up-5 blues 3 reds, 8 players total, 2 small sided goals, a defensive line to hold, 1 end zone 40x55 yards, 20 minutes 4x4 minutes games
Organization- ball starts by playing into the "8" of the opponent and passing to one of the midfielders for blue. the blue team looks to pernitrate behind the back line to get into the end zone. 3 pts if done by this 1pt if any attack that moves the ball into the end zone. if the opponent wins the ball they can counter attack to the small goals

1.) Body shape to receive and play forward
2.) look to switch the point of attack if the pathway is congested
3.) disrupt the shape of the opponent with runs to goal
4.) communication off the ball

Set up- 2 cones, 2 small goals, 1 large goal, 7v7+GK, half a field, 25 mins 3x7 minutes games 2-2minute breaks.
Orginaization- 7v7+GK ball will start with a defensive midfielder playing into an attacking outside back who will release the ball up line to a winger. From that position the game becomes live. The defending team's defensive midfielder has instructions to sit deep in the back line when the ball is wide and high. The attacking team should take advantage of the space in the center of the field before recovering midfielders can get back into position. if the defensive team wins the ball they can counter attack the small goals at the halfway line. only 2 transitions and the game restarts , any time the ball runs out of play it restarts

Set up- 70x80 yards 2 teams of 11, 30 minutes 3x9 minute games
Orginaization- 11v11
Red teams identity- 1-4-3-2-1 agressive high pressing, outside backs mark wingers, the "6" stays marked with the attacking mid and drops into the back line.
Blue teams identity- 1-4-2-3-1 high press only in attacking third, bllanced compact shape, counter attacking.

Organization- .player 1 will pass to player to in a wide area looking to adjust to the pass and receive forward. player 3 starts the movement to support with the pass. player 2 will then play behind the back line in areas that player 3 can then finish from. 1-2 touch finishing

1.) receiving with proper body positioning
2.) playing to the back foot to play forward
3.) eye contact with your pass
4.) timing of the run5.) demand the ball
