Set Up
20x20 yards. Small Goals on adjacent sides. Cone to mark scoring zone which is 7 yards from goal (blue line).
Rules and Conditions
1v1. Player dribbles ball in and has to score in goal opposite. Defender breaks out and has to try and win ball and score in goal opposite. Team with player that wins the 1v1 gets to start with the ball. Losing player defends. Attacker wins if they score, defender wins if they force ball out or score in transition.
Progression
Play 1v2 (Overload in attackers favor). Player that wins game plays into their team mate to play 2v1. Play with offside.

Set Up
3 Channels from middle of penalty area to about 25 yards off. Main goal with Keeper
Rules and Conditions
1v1 to goal. Defender live on attacker's first touch. Attacker to try and score in the main goal. Defender to try and win ball and force it out, or play to the next person in line for the point.

Rules and Conditions
6v6 (1-2-1-2) or (2-3-1). 3 teams per field. First goal wins or 4 minute games. Header challenge decides a tie.

Set up
Area 30x20 yard grid with lines of cones seperated every 5yards.
Rules and Conditions
Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics. Some resistance band exercises have been included.
