Set up rectangle 30x20. Split into 3 equal areas. 4players in each area different pinnies for each group.
Activity: The group in the middle is defending and attempting to prevent the two groups on the end from successfully moving the ball from one side to the other. One group on the side (white in this case) starts with the ball. They must complete 4 passes before looking to send the ball through to the other side. Group in the middle can send one player in to pressure.
If defending group wins posession they switch with the outside group who now has to defend.
Key Points
1. Quality of passes across the line to allow players to have head
up and find seam to play through.
2. timing of pass to break the line effectively
3. Movement patterns and timing of runs by players off the ball
to get into passing lanes and be available.

Setup as shown on both sides of the 18 yd box. 5 or more players on each side with a keeper.
Activity: C plays A who plays in to B. As ball is moving C is moving up to receive pass back from B. C then plays a through ball into space in the corner that A is running on to. After laying off to C, Player B takes a looping diagonal run inside to receive a cross from A. C takes B's spot and A and B join the group on the other side. Play rotates from side to side.
Progression 1: Add a defender on B
Progression 2: C also makes an attack run to the top of the box to give player A options on cross
