Organisation (brief description of session):
2 teams offer players in each team numbered. each calls out number to play 1v1. Remaining players stay in the goal and can stop shots with out hands. Progressed to calling out 2, 3, 4numbers at a time to play 2v2,3v3 etc.
Finished with a game with 2 keepers working on defending from front body position, approach each angle. Pressure, support and balance.
Technical:
Angle of approach. speed of approach. Decision to inercept of jockey.
Tactical:
Pressure, support, balance, make play predictable.
Physical:
Aerobic + anerobic session, also meeded balanceand agility.
Psych/ Social:
Communication good and vital in these sessions all the players displayed good motivation.
Coaches Comments:
Session went very the players took in the iformation to the point that by the end the teams found it very difficult to break each other down and provide scoring opportunities.
