Organization: 30x20 drid set as shown. 2 small goals,plenty discs, cones and soccer balls.
Instructions: Players race against each other to get first to the ball and try to score, immediately turn back and try to touch the traffic cones along the gate line for an extra point. Then on the coaches call next pair goes.
Coaching Points:
1. Speed of reaction.
2. Posture and position of feet.
3. Upper arm movement.
4. Quickness to accelerate
5. Explode to space.
6. Placement of feet in change of direction after goal is scored.
Progressions: P- Players must touch small goal and then race for the traffic cones.
