10x10 Grid
- Start by passing right, then joining the line to your left. (Change direction every 30 seconds or so) Do this for about two minutes then grab a quick stretch. Keep it two touch only.
- Now same pattern, but now as player C plays to player D, the player across from player D, which would be A, runs across to to pressure the ball, then joins that line (D).
- This continues all the way around. So player D will play to player B and then join line C as player C runs across to press the ball and then join line B.
-Coaching Points-
1. NO MENTAL BREAKS! Players will stop paying attention and will miss their *CUE* to run across and press.
2. Bending run to force the play a certain direction.
3. Immediate pressure, as soon as player recognizes its their turn to press.
