Time: 10 to 15 minutes
Set Up:
-Same grid with multiple goals set up with dome cones mini goals if available.
-Two teams of four or equivalent.
Exercise:
-Play 4v4 inside the grid.
-Team in possession can score in any of the oppostion team goals and vice versa.
Key Points:
-Initiate the switch of play to open up the spare goal to attack.

Time: 15 Minutes
set Up:
-50x35 grid with 10x35 channels
-Players split into teams as a 3-2-1 with spare players rotating on/off
exercise:
-Play starts with a CB and aim to get forward and score in any of the opposition goals.
-The FBs and common wingers play in the channel.
Key Points:
Initiate switch of plays as quickly as possible to attack the goals.

Time: 25 Minutes
Set Up:
-Half pitch with 1 large goal and 2 mini goals.
-2 wide channels
-GK in each goal.
Exercise:
-Play 8v8 with common players in wide channel.
-Team in possession can use comon players.
-If common player played in with a direct switch of play that common player can come in and attack till loss of possession.
Key Points:
-Selective with switch of play.
-Work possession of the football.
