Progression 1 & 2

4 gks stand at each corner

1. Coach says go and GKs explode to blue cones and set

2. Coach says go again and gks turn and get to the ball "hands to" as a breakaway technique

3. Repeat 4 times then Progress to #2

4. Progress #2 is take off and dive to the ball to your left (4 times) then to the right (4 times)

5. Progress #3 is diving in a complete square to all 4 balls as a breakaway style.
