Passing in 2s
Option 1
In partners at a close distance (aprox 5 yeards), player A passes the ball straight from right foot to their left. Player B then passes the ball on an angle from left foot to player A's left foot. Then player A passes straight again from left foot to partners right foot and so on.
Option 2
A controls with left foot and brings the ball across their body to their right foot. Then A passes to B who does the same sequence. After some time, coach will say switch and the ball goes in the opposite direction.
Option 3
Player A passes to the middle for player B to control with outside of foot to the same side as the foot they use. Then player B does the same sending the ball back to player A centrally to use the outside of the foot to move the ball with their first touch.
Some progressions include
a ball each doing Option 2
a ball each doing option 1 with only the straight pass option
1 ball passing 1 touch back and forth, other ball in a players hands to either toss back and forth or to increase difficulty, toss for a header while continuing 1 touch passes.

3 Zone Game
Divide your group into 3 teams. Now put each group into different colors and give them a grid. The group in the middle grid is on defense. A ball is sent into one of the wide grids and defenders are sent from the middle grid into the grid with the ball. Make X number of passes and then send the ball to the opposite end grid without allowing the defense in your grid or remaining in the middle to touch the ball.
Depending on age, skill adjust the size of grid, number of defenders putting pressure, number of passes expected for success and number of touches each person can take.

Crossing Game
2 Goals on 2 18 yard box field (so use the 18 yard box as a guide for half the pitch and then mark off another 18 for the other half of the pitch)
Add in channels on the outside of the playing area for the servers of the ball.
Divide team in half and have each team send 2 players into the attacking channels of the pitch.
Goal for each team is to get wide with the ball before they can score.
The wide channel is split in 2 so that the defensive channel player knows that they cannot go in and interfere with the attacking edge player.
Channel players have 2 touches to get the ball in play either via cross or simple ball to feet.
Many progressions to this
1. ball must go to both edges before you can score
2. player who passes into the channel must take their place
3. if you want to make this more about defending crosses you can focus on the pressure on the cross and/or how you like to mark the players attacking the cross

Basketball Tag (15 mins)
Basketball Tag
Have 2 or 3 players be "it". The rest of the players move freely around the grid (if they leave the grid they are "it" now as well). The players who are "it" cannot move if they have the ball in their hands. If they don't have the ball in their hands they can move freely. If a player with the ball touches a player with the ball (cannot throw it, must have it in their hands) then the player touched joins the team that is "it"
